Aquafil Awarded the EcoVadis Platinum Medal
Ranking Top 1% sustainability performance
Aquafil has been awarded the Platinum Medal by EcoVadis, a leading platform for assessing Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR) performance.
This recognition places Aquafil in the top 1% of more than 150,000 companies evaluated by EcoVadis.
The EcoVadis Medals and Badges Program rewards companies that have completed the assessment process and demonstrated a solid management system aligned with the sustainability criteria defined in the EcoVadis methodology. The evaluation covers four key themes: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
Medals are assigned based on a company’s percentile ranking, calculated at the time the scorecard is published. This ranking compares performance with that of all other companies assessed in the EcoVadis database over the previous 12 months and is applied across all sectors.
Aquafil has been recognized in the Platinum category, awarded to companies in the top 1% (99th percentile or above).
This achievement highlights Aquafil’s continuous commitment to integrating responsible practices across its operations and value chain, reflecting the company’s long-term approach to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility.
Being recognized in the Platinum category represents an important milestone for Aquafil and a meaningful acknowledgment of the progress made so far. The company is proud of this result and remains firmly committed to strengthening its efforts and pursuing continuous improvement in the years ahead.
