This year students were challenged with creating lighting products made with ECONYL® nylon.
The ECONYL® by Aquafil showroom serves as a source of inspiration to reimagine responsible design where products are created to be functional for all people and regenerable at the end of their life.
“Responsible design means making intentional choices that benefit both people and the planet,” said Giulio Bonazzi, CEO of Aquafil. “Together, we must reimagine our designs to be functional, inclusive and constructed for easy disassembly and recycling at end of life. NeoCon serves as a platform where innovative ideas become reality – where design takes shape. Our showroom hopes to be a launching point where responsible design takes shape for all.”
