  • AquafilCRO received the Croatian “CSR Index” Award.
23.11.2017

AquafilCRO received the Croatian “CSR Index” Award.

AquafilCRO received the Croatian “CSR Index” award for making the most progress in adopting corporate social responsibility principles.
The CSR Index is a prestigious award that the Croatian Chamber of Economy and Croatian Business Council for sustainable development jointly present once a year in
the categories of small, medium, large and public companies. The CSR Index is a methodology for evaluating the corporate social responsibility
practices of Croatian companies. It is based on similar international methodologies, such as the Business in the Community CR Index. Applications were open for all the
companies that met the financial business criteria in 2016. This year’s CSR Index award marked its 10 th edition.
The winners of the 2017 CSR Index awards are Vetropack Straža – large company category, Končar Institut za elektrotehniku – medium enterprise category and Dvokut
Ecro – small enterprise category. Inkasator, a company from Karlovac, was awarded for its socially responsible relationships with the local community; IKEA was awarded for its socially responsible diversity and human rights policies, while the award for making the most progress in adopting corporate social responsibility principles for the last year was given to AquafilCRO from Oroslavje.
