Ruska podjetnica ponuja »eko-kopalke« iz odpadne plastike iz morij, ki gre skozi predelavo v Sloveniji

Namesto, da plastika leži v morju kot odpadek, gre lahko v morje v obliki modernih kopalk. Olga Kolkova iz mesta Himki v okolici Moskve tako ustvarja eko-kopalke. Smeti, ki so prej plavale v oceanu, lahko sedaj nadenete in s tem naredite nekaj malega za okolje, poroča ruski kanal TV 360.

Ekstravagantne kopalke /…/ so predstavljene v razstavnem prostoru v okolici Moskve. Znamka teh kopalk se imenuje Frencia.

Avtorica projekta Olga Kolkova je za TV 360 proces opisala takole: »Potapljači pobirajo plastiko iz oceana. To plastiko in stare ribiške mreže potem odpeljejo v obrat v Sloveniji, kjer plastiko očistijo, predelajo in iz nje naredijo edinstveno vlakno, ki se mu reče Econyl.«
