Two key events for the future of the circular economy: Aquafil hosted at the QUATTRORUOTE NEXT and L’economia che fa bene events

During the week of October 29, 2024, Aquafil will take part in two important events focused on the circular economy and innovation in the automotive and textile sectors.
Giulio Bonazzi, CEO of Aquafil, will attend both events, offering insights on topics related to circularity and sustainability in business.

QUATTRORUOTE NEXT – The Tech Challenge come l’innovazione disegna il futuro dell’auto

Tuesday, October 29 – Aquafil will participate in QUATTRORUOTE NEXT at IBM Studios in Milan, an annual event that brings together key players in the automotive sector. This event has become a reference point for discussions on the future of mobility, extending its focus to other strategic sectors due to the relevance of the topics addressed. Aquafil’s CEO will speak together with Giuliano Maddalena of Safe Group – Hub Consortia about circular economy projects in the automotive sector, with a particular focus on innovative recycling and reuse solutions for recycled textiles, compliance with the ELV (End of Life Vehicles) directive. It represents an opportunity for dialogue and collaboration with HUB SAFE consortiums, showcasing the synergy between technology, sustainability, and mobility.

L’economia che fa bene

Wednesday, October 30 – L’economia che fa bene is an event that explores ethical and sustainable values in the world of fashion and design. From 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM, Giulio Bonazzi will join a conversation moderated by Cinzia Arena of Avvenire, alongside Francesca Romana Rinaldi, Director of the Monitor for Circular Fashion at SDA Bocconi, and Paolo Iabichino, advertiser and founder of Osservatorio Civic Brands. Together, they will discuss “The values we can wear”, a theme that explores how the principles of circularity can be applied to the textile sector and how these values can translate into concrete and responsible choices in fashion.

These two events underscore Aquafil’s active role in the dialogue on circular economy and innovation, promoting practical solutions for a more responsible future.
