This sustainability report provides a comprehensive overview of the company’s commitment to long-term value creation by integrating sustainability principles into daily operations, decision-making processes and business strategies.
The report fulfils the requirements of the European Directive 2022/2464 on the Sustainability Statement (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - CSRD), implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree No. 2024/125, and has been prepared according to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). There is a change in scope from the previous year, which was extended to align with the consolidated financial statements.
