ECONYL® Regeneration System displayed at the Circular Economy exhibition

A mobile exhibition on “The circular economy in the Danube region” is travelling across various countries:
– from August to September 2018, it was in Augsburg (Germany)
– in October 2018 it was at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia in Ljubljana
– from November to December 2018 it will be at the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning in Ljubljana
– in 2019, it will be in Bratislava (Slovakia) and Linz (Austria)

MOVECO promotes the transition to a circular economy among businesses, public and research institutions, economic development institutions and citizens.

In fact, it provides an insight into the project’s activities and shows examples of good practices and opportunities for the circular economy model in the Danube Region.
Its aim is to show how companies from the Danube region are successfully putting the vision of a resource-efficient circular economy into practice.
The exhibition includes companies from Austria, Hungary, Germany, Romania and Slovenia.

In the MOVECO exhibition, AquafilSLO shows the ECONYL® regeneration system, which enables the production of high-quality polyamide 6 fibers (for the manufacture of clothing or carpets) from the waste; Aquafil’s innovative and unique model of a circular economy in the synthetic fibers industry.

The exhibition includes exhibits from Slovenian companies Ambi-Metalplast d.o.o., GORENJE home appliances, d.d., Institute for pulp and paper, Iskraemeco, d.d., M Sora d.d., Tecos and Zeos.

In November, the ECONYL® regeneration system’s exhibit, moves to the Ministry of the Environment, and then in  2019 to Slovakia and Austria.
